Halloween Bar Table

Halloween season is here and it’s my favorite time of the year. It’s really the kickoff to the holidays in my opinion. Typically I start decorating September 1st but this year I ran a bit behind schedule so right now I’m in full Halloween decorating mode! I really wanted to get a bar cart this year but since I’m trying to be frugal I decided to convert our entryway table into a Halloween Bar Table instead. We are planning a Halloween party too so this little bar area will be perfect for guests!
When it comes to Halloween Decor I tend to stick to traditional black and Orange with and occasional pop of purple or green. My theme was traditional Black and Orange The table itself is from Hobby Lobby and I purchased it 5 years ago. Honestly it’s a little too farmhouse-ish for my tastes but for now it will do. Most of the decor on the table is stuff I have collected over the years. All in all I didn’t have to spend a ton for this cute bar table and you can probably do the same with simple halloween stuff you may already have!

Top Tier
First I laid down this cute spiderweb runner. Adding a runner is like your starting base and gives the table a little bit of protection and really just makes it all around prettier. I also added a new skull candle holder to the center of the table just to have a focal piece to build around. I also added two big mouth pumpkin candy jars.
Initially as you can see I filled them with candy but them my mom came back from Florida with a ton of mini bottles of booze. Needless to say the candy is no longer there and the pumpkins are filled with more alcohol. On the top left I have several bottles of Prosecco along with a few bottles of wine. I put out some wine glasses as well so guests can help themselves to a drink when they arrive.
Love Cork Screw
Thank you so much to Love Cork Screw for graciously sending over 2 beautiful bottles of wine. They look amazing on my wine table and I can’t wait to share them with our guests at our upcoming Halloween party! In case you haven’t heard of this brank they are a black & female owned company in business since 2013 started by Chrishon Lampley a fellow female entrepreneur! The company also has newly launched wine club and even ships to Georgia where I live! Count me in!
Bottom Tier
Since this is a bar table I added a cute gold wine rack on the bottom that I purchased from Amazon. I actually love this wine bottle rack because it also has enough space for 4 champagne flutes and 5 wine bottles. I also added some of my husbands favorite bottles since he recently got into whiskey and bourbon thanks to our friends! The bottom rack of your table generally is used for overflow items and extras so I will probably keep a few more reserve bottles on the bottom tier too.
Filler items
For any great holiday piece, filler items are key. I added some cute Halloween candy dishes as well as a few other candle holders and some creepy cool glitter trees my husband picked up last year. The Skull candle holder is from Bath and Body Works 2021 Halloween Collection and it has a toggle switch to turn on a colored blinking light inside. We also got the two black and gold dripping candle holders from Bath and Body Works but unfortunately they are sold out on the website. You can find them on EBAY though.
I also got inspired by my friend Megan’s Witchy Decor and how she added some pretty flowers into her theme! At first I didn’t think I could incorporate florals into my decor but I was throwing away some old fall stuff and picked a few blooms off the stems and it actually turned out great!
On top I added some gold LED pumpkins from Dollar General. The gold pumpkins look so pretty when lit up. These ones are plastic but look just like glass and similar glass ones can run $40 or more. These are only $5 but you have to check your local Dollar General in store since they are not available online. I did also find a similar set of 3 plastic gold LED pumpkins here on Amazon in case you can’t find them at your local Dollar General but they are a little pricier. The white pumpkins are from Amazon and make great filler pieces. I also added my favorite pumpkin marquee light from Amazon and some cool black halloween bottles I picked up a few years ago at Micheal’s.
To top it all off I added a string of orange Halloween lights for some extra ambiance and it looks beautiful! Now the only thing left is to pour a drink with my besties and toast to spooky season!
