I love babydoll dresses during summer. I am 5’1″ so babydoll dresses are very flattering for short girls like me! This babydoll dress is such a good fit too even though it is a bit sheer. It’s a hi-lo hemline so the front is a bit shorter which makes your legs look longer which the back still covers your boooty! Since it is a bit sheer though I plan on wearing it to the beach over my bikini as a coverup. You could wear it during the day though but you would definitely need spanx underneath or a slip.

For this look I did wear it as a daytime look with shapewear under but I was super hot. I didnt even want to put any jewelry because it was that hot! I did pair it with this cute bag though. This was an old bag from Francesca’s and I just spruced it up by adding the Pom-Poms using THIS TUTORIAL from Southern Curls & Pearls! Pom poms can spruce up any accessory like bags or sandals and give a cute boho flair!

That dress is so cute! It would definitely make for a great beach day cover up. I'm in So Cal so we don't have the humidity, but we definitely have the heat. Gotta do what you can to stay cool!
