Wow it feels strange typing this post out. I haven’t posted in quite some time, but that’s because I have been super busy working on a project which is my new shop. Some of you may remember I had a few shops in the past and the most recent was Tenth & State. After a lot of consideration I decided to close that shop. I wanted to downsize and go back to products that I make myself, specifically jewelry and macramé bags! I’ve been working on my new site and brand, Queen Carmen for awhile now and I’m so happy with how it’s coming along.
I called the shop Queen Carmen after my great-grandmother who was always accessorized. Whether it was makeup, jewelry or a new bag she was on point. I was very close to her growing up and I loved that she was a strong feminist! She was an icon in our family. If you want to read more about her or the shop you can check out our about page here! Queen Carmen is going to be mostly summer/vacation pieces and we are also going to eventually add back swimwear within the next year or so! For right now though, we are just focusing on accessories!
