While everyone is pushing fall fashion right now, I struggle because it’s still summer in Atlanta. In fact summer here lasts pretty much until October and while I obsess over fall time….It’s too damn hot out here to throw on a sweater and crack a smile! For real! Every year I want to show you cute fall stuff but I just can’t force myself to step away from my summer outfits! Besides we’re only in August so let’s just enjoy summer for a bit longer, eh?
When it comes to swimwear trends, as with any trend I’m usually VERY late. I was not a fan of high-waisted bikinis right away so when one-pieces came back in style, I was totally NOT on board. I thought they were basically for old ladies. However this summer, I cannot get enough of one-pieces. This plunging one-piece is one of my favorites that I snagged a few months ago from ASOS and it is stunning.

This suit is very sexy so if you are modest or shy this is NOT the suit for you. However this suit WILL make you feel like you belong on the pages of Sports Illustrated or Victoria’s Secret! The plunging front and high cut leg make this a very sexy suit! This would be perfect for a honeymoon or just a summer getaway with your man!
It comes in regular and petite sizes as well as several colors. I got a size 0 Petite and its a perfect fit. Sadly, I don’t think the white is available anymore in petites but I did find it in regular sizes. If you really need petite the black, pink and turquoise are still available in petite. The high-cut leg is great for most body types because is very flattering and helps to define your waist a bit more. I am only 5’1″ so I love high-cut swimsuits because make you look leaner and longer and leaner.

By the way, now is a great time to buy swimwear because everything is usually on sale so you can stock up for next year. My earrings are also on sale. They are brand new online but every few weeks NY&Co. does door buster flash sales where everything is super cheap. These chain-link earrings are currently on flash sale for only $6 so snag yours now because they will go back up to regular price. If you do get a pair they are quite heavy so I use the Levears backs which support heavier earrings and keep them from pulling on your ear lobes. Levears are definitely a must-have if you like statement earrings like I do because some of them can be quite heavy!

Hey girl oh my gosh, I love seeing a petite 5’1 girl like myself rock a one piece! I love that we can pull off this look! I always thought one pieces are for taller people, but I’m starting to really rock my curves. I’ve never tried a really sexy suit, but you are giving me serious vibes to do so! I know summer is here for a little while longer and it’s funny to me that when it’s too hot everyone wishes for cooler weather so winter comes then it gets too cold so then everyone wants hot! This suit is gorgeous! Sometimes I see all these fall pics and go outside expecting it to be cool. I live in the desert and it’s still triple digits out. I totally agree that we should enjoy summer without rushing fall.
