LAST MINUTE 4TH OF JULY FAVES & SALES

Wow you guys, I cannot believe the 4th of July is 2 days away! If you haven’t picked out anything to wear to that backyard BBQ don’t worry.  Several of my favorite stores let you shop online and pick up in-store within a few hours.  So you can shop online today and be able to pick up your order this evening!  Loft and Nordstrom are my go-to’s for fast in store pickup.  Every time I do in-store pickup my order is almost always ready within the hour.  I think 2 hours has been the max I have ever waited.  Both stores also have some great items that would be perfect for the holiday this year.

When it comes to 4th of July I generally keep it casual since and Long sleeve tees and sweaters are my favorite.  Even though it’s sweltering during the day, at night the temps can still get chilly, especially if you are out on the water.  Pair any cute sweater with your favorite shorts for an easy patriotic look! If you need I’ve linked some of my favorite sweaters pictured above, at the bottom of this post.

I also love a good linen top and the ones from the brand Rails are my favorite.  Linen tops are still casual enough to be worn with shorts or jeans but they are just a bit more “put together” than a tee or sweater.  Linen fabrics also keep you feeling cool in that blazing summer sun since they are so light & airy.  I will say that the Rails brand is on the pricier side however totally worth it because the quality is amazing.

Both of these tops would also be perfect if you like a more “dressy” style.  They can also be worn long after the 4th of July either for work  or a night out.  My favorite is the navy one and if you cant tell from the pic it has little white stars all over.
